What you can expect:

  • In your role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success 

    • Responsible for efficient cash management including transaction, complaint & return handling and inducting new team members to the cash desk  

    • Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity  

    • Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management  

    • Support in visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk area and managing stationary orders  

    • Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology 
Your profile:

    • Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment  

    • Excellent customer service skills 

    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business  

    • Willingness to constantly learn and develop 

    • Excellent communication skills at all levels 

    • High cultural knowledge and awareness
